Irl, Germans speak German. But "Nice as a response to, say, 69 is still generally accepted. Nice can, when used as an expression, mean "Schick" which in this case refers to the sender of the reaction liking the presented object and not necessarily something of beautiful nature, as would be implied under other circumstances.
