What would you suggest for change to MSmg?

I mean firstly, for everyone to just chill out a bit
Secondly, I feel that the community does not seem to be the hugest fan of the sitemods situation, for whatever reason (I'm indifferent)
I wonder if they'd appreciate it if the "regular users" were given a sense of control, and sitemods were a bit more background
Don't get me wrong, sitemods should absolutely be here in my opinion, given how we clearly can't trust some people on this site to run a stream, but if it was just a bit more like an administrator rather than overarching power, it might feel a bit better
Secondly, there's so much conflict that needs to be resolved before anything goes forward. We all need to sit down, stop using all of our known swears, and have a talk about all that's happened, and try and be friends again
There's more, but this comments huge already, so I'll stop for now,.but this is kind of an outsiders perspective on it all

I should also wish to clarify, this is not an opportunity to take a stab at the sitemods. They've got it tough, and I get that. Particularly when people decide they don't like you. I'm simply suggesting ways that the situation could be redeemed, and as far as I've seen, the streams gone downhill since the sitewide ownership has been in place
It's just got a different feeling to it all now, and I wonder if you guys just took a step back and found some mods who were reliable and trustworthy, perhaps both parties (yourself, and msmg as a whole) could benefit
