That’s a good thing because your account lets you keep all your games onto the next console so you don’t have to rebuy them.

Backwards compatibility isn’t enough. It’s also games connected to your account. You can’t do that when you switch to a new OS.

But since the Series X does, that means you can upgrade and not have to rebuy any old games you previously bought.

I can’t believe I have to explain why this is a good thing. It should be pretty obvious.

Maybe try cloud storage for save data? Then it could transfer your data if you upgrade the games from a new os.

Or just live with it and stop complaining about something that isn’t even a problem

I still have an Xbox One and it’s going just fine. They still make games for it.

How does it still hold up with the new high performance requirements?
F1 23 on it runs shit, so does Minecraft, and Fortnite. Older gen games pre Xbox one run great though

I can still play Black Ops Cold War, Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth, Sonic Frontiers, and Elden Ring on it. They run fine. Not amazing, but fine.

And yes, I’ve used it to play dozens of 360 titles and One titles. Some even from the OG Xbox.

You can’t change resolution settings on consoles.

I use a 24-inch monitor that I got from Goodwill anyway.

I mean the screen, it runs differently on a 4K tv than a hd tv, right?
