I'm staying roughly between 60 and 50 by doing nothing

but man are you just starving yo'self cus you got nothing to eat?

Also I'm in your place man, not eating a lot, so I slowly introduce more food as time goes on to hopefully balance shit out, otherwise if you eat too much in one go you'll get hella sick.
