Golems don't have souls and Undead (usually) do right? I kinda forgot the typical lore of golems

They have the spirit of an earth elemental bound to them in order to power/give life. So they kinda do have a soul.

Undead only have a fraction of their original soul. Basically only residue left over from when it left the body. That is why not every pile of bones can be brought back, a a zombie is the easiest to make
