Well we gotta remember that it will be Joe's debate coaches and handlers deciding on both the questions and the answers and they will base those on vague political science criteria; not paying any attention to what people actually WANT them to talk about. SO, yes; probably.

Trump -- on the other hand -- is likely to bring up anything whatsoever . . . depending on his mood of the moment and the data bingo card his mind lands on in passing. This, of course, makes him essentially unpredictable on timing, if not entirely in regards to content.

Probably yes; but after the farce of a debate the leftist loyal mainstream media outlets will automatically declare Joe Biden the hands down winner and also falsely report a huge polling bump for Dementia-Man . . . both of which will be debunked over the course of the two weeks following . . . when everyone has already forgotten about the debate details.

Can't say. In national level politics anything can happen. Most people think, however, that if Joe is going to be thrown under the bus by the DNC, it will be during the national convention.
