Falsifying business records is a misdemeanor; 2.Trying to create a criminal charge by inventing a secondary crime; 3. Prosecutors claim it was election fraud; 4. Election fraud is a federal crime; 5. NY State doesn't have jurisdiction on federal crimes; 6. Federal prosecutors don't want the case cause they've determined no crime was committed; 7. The Election took place in 2016. The accounting "errors" took place in 2017; 8. Stormy Daniels claimed to have had an affair with Trump; 9. David Pecker of the National inquirer bought Daniel's story for $150k; 10. Pecker blackmail Trump's lawyer Michael Cohen. 11. Michael Cohen then took out a home equity line of credit to pay Stormy 130k; Trump had zero involvement in negotiations. He didn't sign any contract and he didn't pay any money.
