I'm not sure what you are saying with your meme, but all I'm saying is that with any protest, most of the protesters are not as fully invested in the "cause" as they want people to think. When the speaker asks "Are WE willing to die for the truth", the crowd answers "Yes YOU are!" meaning we'll complain with everyone else, but when it comes to commitment to the "cause", they think "we'll leave that to you....leave us out of that!" It was just a humorous look at the attitudes of so-called protesters that are only there for their own benefit and not whether they really believe in the cause or not...most of them don't even know or understand what the protest is about.
