What happened is such a perfect analogy of “Israel’s” Hasbara that I don’t think you could come up with one to top it off. They decided to provoke a population minding their own business, and even though they’re heavily armed, they get their asses kicked by the indigenous population. Then the media frames the wasps as having been the aggressors, in an effort to manufacture consent for “Israel” provoking the indigenous population even more.
Yeah, I know they’re wasps, but it’s such a perfect analogy that I just had to bring it up.
