People are adults at the age of 18 not 21.

I know it’s not directly stated but this is clearly referring to America.
And the only thing that adults can’t do until they reach a certain age is drink beer, and rent a car.

If you’re 18 and want to be a chick or a dude and you’ve got a competent doctor have at it. After all you can get a boob job Or tummy tuck at that age. Think you can actually get the latter before your 18 need to check that.

This 1000% HAS TO STOP.

No adult other than the parents or legal guardian WHICH LITERALLY means to protect and defend the well being of a child in THEIR care and custody has, ANY right to make ANY decision for that child. ( Unless you are a total stranger pulling a kid to safety so they do not get hit by a car. )

So WHY in the hell, would U.S. District Judge Jon Levy dismiss a lawsuit filed by a Maine mother who accused her teen age daughter 's school of encouraging gender expression and transition without parental consent?

The school provided a chest binder and used a new name and pronouns for the her daughter WITHOUT SO MUCH AS A WORD to HER MOTHER.

The POS judge ruled that the school district could not be held liable for the claims made by the mother... beeeeeeeeecause, "at most...one occasion where a school employee 'actively withheld' information from a parent," and said the complaint doesn't demonstrate a widespread custom within the district that would make it liable.

So because EVERY teacher was not doing this to kids, exonerates the ones that were ?

The mother said the that both the principal and superintendent "expressed sympathy...and concern that this information had been withheld and concealed."

It seems pretty simple to me... did teachers at the Great Salt Bay Community School - without permission of the Mother seek to introduce transition her child ?

The Judge continues..."It is understandable that a parent, such as Lavigne, might expect school officials to keep her informed about how her child is navigating matters related to gender identity at school. Her Complaint, however, fails to plead facts which would, if proven, establish municipal liability under Monell and its progeny based on an unwritten custom, ratification by a final policymaker, or failure to train," Levy wrote

What the F does that even mean ???? The Principle APOLOGIZED to the mother for being left in the dark about the teachers using male pronouns, and a male names, and binding her breasts down.

Meanwhile it’s the right forcing trans kids to not even dress up or take medicine to help them feel better until they can make the legal choice as an adult to change their bodies how they see fit with a medical professional.

The right is hypocritical because they won’t say one word about boob jobs being abhorrent anti nature sexual anarchy when the truth is that is also gender affirming care. The truth is the reason they don’t want schools helping their trans kids is because the evangelicals don’t want their kids to be exposed to the world and reject their god.

As an ex Jehovah’s Witness I’m speaking with experience and I’m not even trans I’m just demi but was kicked out for dating a non witness at 16.

If they can choose to destroy their bodies then they should be able to drink, drive and go to war

Wearing clothes and taking medicine prescribed by a medical professional is not destroying your body.
