So I guess you can say that things are getting pretty serious

Honestly, the UCLA protests have given me hope that the empire will come crumbling down, now that their lies are no longer working (just look at Aaron Bushnell). It’s saddening to hear about what the bloodthirsty Zionists are doing to them, and I hope one day, people within the empire arm themselves against it. That’s definitely the fatal flaw in these protests, which is that they have no means to defend themselves against cops or other non-state terrorists.

Nonviolence is a tactic which eschews and self-defense or retaliation. 'Violence begets violence - hate cannot drive out hate - only love can do that'.

What Nonviolence relies upon, is fair coverage by the press - and the oppressors having a conscience. Both are in short supply, sadly. But the world is turning around on this issue. The protestors are reaching people - on their campuses, and out in middle America. It's fairly heartening.
