That is the literal default. I'm able to set it to translate Russian to Russian (my free time involves translating every one of Doll's lines from Murder Drones from Russian to English, then from English to another language, then adding languages until the alphabet soup of translations has degraded so far that what once was "Jeez, I get it" becomes "The cat ice cream has no fear bone")
