Perhaps, but people will find a way to discriminate if they really want to. Humans are amazing at rationalization. Also historically atheists societies have be used for totalitarianism.
However I see your point, society should never be ruled by one religion either.

I feel we need to hold ourselves to a higher view point, be the bigger person. If we think religion should be abolished because of some people who use it to be bigots, we’re no better than people like them. For the same reason that homophobes aren’t justified to discriminate based on a few obnoxious LGBTQ members, we aren’t justified to discriminate on the religious for a few bigots within them

For 100% sure, the left side is democrat, right side is republican.

The colors are up for a bit of interpretation but I believe is supposed to be red is communism, blue conservatives, yellow is capitalism and green is liberalism. The closer to the edges, the more extreme the opinion is seen as.
