I know, right.? He essentially did end up saying that. It's just that it took him a lot of mumbling, rambling, and talking about how great things are in his administration before getting there.

Things are great in his administration. All the ice cream he can eat and Dr. Jill changing him and a sponge bath several times a day. Just mumble some fake story about yourself in front of the same dozen idiots that will smile and clap and say how wonderful you are before the nurse guides you off stage.
