Legally castrate the Supreme Court; New checks and balances can be added to mitigate how much damage a politically motivated court can do. 1. The Judiciary Act of 1925 can be revisited and the Supreme Court can be stripped of sole discretion on what cases they take. Any writ of certiorari should require approval of Speaker of the House, House Minority Leader, Senate Majority Leader, Senate Minority Leader and the President. 2. Since Supreme Court rulings effectively become Federal law, they should be subject to Presidential Veto.
