Really just asking

At first, it was an issue of trust because a new person joined every time I built up the courage to make a reveal of some sort, which I still haven't done (excluding my April Fool's reveal), and I didn't know if I could trust them or not. But lately, I've been growing less and less tolerant towards folks I don't really know well. With all of these newbie waves coming in, I just can't find any tolerance in me towards the stream anymore. It's a stream that I don't really know anymore. The last few who I do know don't lurk around much either. I know Uni will probably never falter out, but she's a social person.

I'm a pretty social person too, personally I think of new people in the stream as new chances to make connections, you could think if it that way too, or maybe you're just that shy? I'm still not really sure I get it, nothing is really changing and none of them are doing anything bad, so what would make you think they would?

I'll make this simple. We're cut from different cloth. You wouldn't get my antisocial lifestyle. And also, it's not that I'm shy. It's that people who I don't grow to know well made a bad impression on me in the time I grew up, causing me to lose faith in people in general aside from folks that I know well enough to know that they'd never become like them.

Oh, that's very unfortunate, but we can't really help it huh? Sorry. I guess I could understand if that's the case, since I never really had anything like that happen.
