Nothing says 81 Million Legitimate votes... Like pursuit of your political opponent like using the Justice system to try and keep them from running again. When you legitimately destroy your opponent in the previous election - by a margin like Joe Biden did... You wouldn't bother sending the DOJ their way. If you didn't legitimately win though... You DEFINITELY would send the DOJ against your opponent.
