2 truths and a lie

2 is the lie. I got 4th place.

It was at a small comic store/retro video game store that also had action figures and playing cards for sale. I was there to meet people and sign autographs with a few other people from Creepy Crawl Entertainment (a small mainly indie horror company that no longer exists). We were also there selling our dvds, posters, t-shirts, etc. Acting in their movies, and being a production assistant, script supervisor, animal wrangler, and special effects makeup artist amoung other things when I wasn't acting in a scene was my start into working in low budget indie movies. The store also had a retro video game tournament on the same day. It started while we were still there and I figured that it would be fun to enter.

Each round in the tournament had a different game. There was mario kart on the n64, Dr mario I think on the snes, duck hunt on nes, pac man, Galaga, and I don't remember what else.

Oh, also congrats to Jay and Chaws for guessing correctly. :)

I made another comment giving a more detailed telling of what happened. But anyways it was a variety of retro games. Each round had a different game. There was mario kart, Dr mario, duck hunt, pac man, Galaga, and I don't remember what else.

Ah. Ok, that makes more sense. You must have got to it really quickly. I deleted it almost immediately cus I figured it'd be better to give more background info about the event.
