Well the 1st one is really the only option.
I'm 36 years old and all I've ever heard my entire life is
'we need to reform this..'
'If only the government does that..'
'We need to focus on this..'
'They need to stop doing that..'
yeah well 36 years later and its the same conversations in every area but with a slightly louder tone of desperation. Closest you get is one guy fixing something, then the next guy coming in and putting it back the way it was, and thats the best result because everything keeps getting worse.
You can't reform whats intrinsically designed to be impossible to be reformed
