Since, in nature, female creatures are typically larger than their male counterparts, I imagine that female Limitless (e.g. Deva) are somewhat larger than male Limitless (e.g. the Devourer); Males in Unlimited form are probably close in size to the Limitless females, but Unlimited females are much, MUCH bigger.
