When I go to bed, I usually have trouble falling asleep. I have taken a habit to just pray in bed, and it helps a lot.

every night before bed me, my brother, and my dad do this thing called "bedtime ops" where we talk about what good things happened today and what's going on tomorrow, and then we pray. very thankful for that because i'd probably have a much worse mental state without it

This is why I say The Lord's Prayer every night before I go to bed.
