I have Pokemon Crystal's only Eevee, and I'm wondering what I should evolve it to.

I also caught my first shiny.

Yes, you get it from Bill's House in Goldenrod City after you talk to him at the Ecruteak Pokémon Center. He defaults at level 20

Note that I have 7 out of 8 gym badges completed so far
