Caterpillar cocoons actually come from inside of them because caterpillars make their own cocoons so technically this meme should be more like "we need to change something inside ourselves to grow so we can fly"

Respectfully, the caterpillar can't change itself. It requires the code placed inside of it by its Creator to allow it to fly. We also cannot change what's inside of us. Only Jesus through the promise of His life, death, and resurrection and through His shed blood can that change be made.
