That’s not a testament to how bad Yakuza 3 is, it’s actually a pretty good game. However, up until now, it was easily the weakest one in the series. With frustrating combat, weird movement, and a story that has a few contrivances.
Yakuza 6 shares the exact same problems… PLUS PERFORMANCE PROBLEMS.
As frustrating as the combat was in Yakuza 3, at least it ran at 60fps on Xbox One S. Yakuza 6 is 15-20fps at absolute best. I thought it was 30 for a sec, but it’s far worse. The resolution is also terrible EVEN DURING PRE-RENDERED CUTSCENES.
