Technically, in one of the justice league movies you can see that superman is able to see the flash’s movement when the flash is in slo mo, this implies that with the flash’s power you are able to f**k him perhaps in public, run away, and leave superman used there. You can see in the flash movie that if you run faster than the speed of light yo ou can travel back in time, if maybe lex is able to convince the flash to bring him back to the past in order to get struck by lightning at the exact same spot, there’s a chance that lex Luther would be able to capture superman, inject kryptonite into his dick, and screw superman in the streets quickly, in real time for both of you, and leave him there.
