Road to Mastery (6)

This happens literally after Episode 5. Have fun this may be sick.

The arena was mostly in bad shape.
The spectators were all ducking because of the previous shockwave.

James stood on one side of the arena, bleeding. His hair is colored lavender.

Krisi was shocked, he backed away a bit.

James walked slowly towards him, each step emitted small electricity.

James reached around the middle of the arena, suddenly he teleported to Krisi and punched him away.

Krisi's feet slid across the floor, was he afraid? According to him: no.

Krisi dashed towards James and threw some punches, James dodged all of them.
Krisi tried to kick his hip but James counterattacked with a single punch in the gut, making Krisi back away a bit.

Krisi attacked James again, but he countered with a three hit combo: a punch in the stomach, an elbow to the chest and a kick to send him away.
This made his dark hard skin chip away and fall off.

Krisi slid across the floor again, he stopped himself and powered up.

He was now 10 times stronger than before!
He dashed towards James, OH OH, DID YA SEE THAT?! James' eye flashed for a second! You know what that means?(fish) That 's a counter!

This time he teleported around him and did a fast jab combo followed with a kick to send him away. This time he dashed forward and continued his combo!

Each punch felt like an earthquake!
But his main points were Krisi's torso.

With an uppercut he sent Krisi in the air, he followed up with a teleport and a devastating 5 hit combo!!!
A right fist to the face!
Then his right elbow to the chest!
Then, while turning around, his left elbow to the chest!
Then a right punch to the gut!
And finally a knee to the head!

Krisi was sent flying off, but before he could even recover, James teleported behind him and comboed him further!!

Again James sent him away with a kick, but quickly followed him and punched him in the chest, then kicked him with his knee in the gut and then grabbed his head and headbutted him!

Krisi was falling down onto the ground but James had no mercy. Krisi didn't even touch the ground and James uppercutted him into the air again.
But this time he used some energy attacks to deal some damage before delivering his combo and finishing with a double strike!
(Idk how it's called but basically you put your two hands together and you do a down slam motion, it's usually shown in films, anime, etc.)

Krisi smashed into the ground. He slowly got back up, while James descended.

Krisi powered up again! He transformed into his beast thingy.

He charged at James and punched his face.

James just tanked the attack, and punched him away.
But immediately he kicked in with his knee in the gut, stunning Krisi.

James stood in front of Krisi while his hand charged up with energy.

He smashed his hand onto the ground and a lavender light expelled from the ground, launching Krisi in the air, which James followed up with an aerial combo. This was Lunar Motion°

He continued to punch him away(when I say punch away I mean he punches him so hard he flies away) but did a hand gesture towards him and Krisi came back flying to him.

He continued his aerial combo.
He continued to use his new ability, making him fly into the ground, or into the air.

Then he sent him in the sky with it and then with a gesture towards the ground, Krisi came flying down.

But James intercepted him by flying up and hitting him with a knee to the gut.
The added force of the Lunar Motion and the force of James' flying up met. Krisi was squished between two massive forces.
But he survived so.

He then punched him away so hard he flew out of the arena, but before he could touch the ground, disqualifying him, he was grabbed by James and thrown back onto the arena.

Announcer: Amazing! The Traveler has just- *he was interrupted by a sudden explosion*

James didn't forget to use energy attacks to deal some more damage.

Then hit Krisi with a stunning energy attack and pushed him away with Lunar Motion.

He then put his hands together.
He moved them away from each other and a ball of light appeared. He threw it and it orbited around James.
He then did the same thing again, but a ball of darkness appeared.
He threw that into his orbit as well, but it was slower.

Then he extended his arm, his hand in a gun like position (👈).

Then the two spheres orbiting him slowed down, the ball of light stopped in front of his fingers and the ball of darkness slowly stopped in front of the ball of light.
“Lunar Eclipse”°

A massive beam of energy shot from James' hand and hit Krisi.

The beam was so powerful that it chipped away Krisi's skin, the hard dark thing that covered his skin cracked and fell off.

When the beam ended Krisi immediately raised his arm and a dark stone like substance engulfed him, making a ball around him, acting like a barrier.

James shot it a few times with small energy blasts but it didn't even crack.

James: Coward. You were better off running away.

He put his hands together again, forming that orb of light.
He grabbed it and teleported into the ball in which Krisi was in.

Let's just say Krisi was absolutely shocked. James put the orb of light in front of Krisi's chest.

The air charged up with energy.
The sphere of that black substance exploded as a beam of light shot through it.

The beam kept on becoming bigger and bigger until…
Krisi's actually skin chipped away, then his muscles, bones and the rest of his body.

Krisi is dead. And James didn't even break a sweat. I bet he didn't even use full power.

To make an image, the entire arena was cracked, filled with holes and craters.

The orb of light James was holding disappeared and he got back in an upright position.

Announcer: I can't believe it … Krisi has been killed! That means that The Traveler… IS THE WINNER!!!!!!
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, WE HAVE OUR CHAMPION OF THE TOURNAMENT!!!!!

Right after those words, Traveler fell onto the ground, his hair reverted back to normal, his aura disappeared.

Some medics rushed down to help him.

Meanwhile, Collector came back from the toilet and asked what happened.

Astra: Did you seriously not hear anything?!?

Collector: Well who won?

Data: Traveler did!

Collector looked at James on the ground in the arena.

Collector: It didn't seem that possible, he was clearly losing… How much did I miss…


And with that, James' Road to Mastery has finished. He has reached his true potential.
Maybe there's still room for improvement, or maybe even another level.
But for now, James has proved himself as The Traveler, The strongest Demigod known…

°Lunar Motion - James harnesses the gravity of the moon and can manipulate the movement of people.
A little inspired by sans’ telekinesis.

°°Lunar Eclipse - This is an ultimate attack. By harnessing the power of moonlight, he can cause a mini eclipse in front of him and through his own power he shoots out a beam that gets multiplied by the eclipse.
The attack deals burning damage.

Heya,

I might make another episode or two, it all depends if this one goes well and if you want more.
Traveler can still become stronger, I might make an epilogue in which Traveler spars with Collector again since Collector didn't see Traveler's power.
