For me, all of the things I mentioned in the meme aren't that bad IMO. In fact, some of them are things that aren't bad at all.

I think the reason is because most of the community is young boys who are like "tHoSe ThInGs ArE fOr GiRlS!!1!". Thus, you barely see anyone disagreeing with the hate memes. Then there's users who use a few obsessive fans of those things just to generalize their entire fanbases. (This is especially true with Taylor Swift hate memes)

Boys like edgy things like memes about dark humor, horror video games, and cartoons that don't have anything "girly". In terms of music, they like rock bands and rappers.



Girls meanwhile like memes about cute/wholesome things, video games and cartoons with female audiences, and female singers/rappers. Sometimes they make memes about boy bands, too. Although I barely see anything like that get popular (because of course, boys on the website hate "girly" things).

Things like female singers/rappers (Taylor Swift, Nicki Minaj, etc), video games with female audiences (Mostly dress up games like Royale High on Roblox), cartoons with female audiences (Star VS The Forces Of Evil, Powerpuff Girls, etc.) and memes that are cute/wholesome. Although there are some girls who also like the things boys like.
