The problem here is that when right wingers use the phrase snowflake... They aren't referring to people with relatable and understandable grievances. They are referring to people they don't understand and that aren't relatable.
The person being called a snowflake - is also in the same boat. They don't understand the perspective of the Right Winger and around and around that cycle goes.
What you find relatable and understandable is or can be completely foreign to others.
Example: a child and mother are both standing in front of a huge stained glass window, watching people walking outside. The child is shorter and in front of a Red Section of Window. The mother is taller and in front of a Blue section. The child describes the people outside - all wearing a Red Coat. The mother corrects the child and says she's sees them all in a Blue Coat. The child - not being able to understand her perspective is quite confused at what she is seeing. The mother - also doesn't understand the Childs perspective, corrected their child.
In that example - you will notice that neither has a full grasp on the situation and is simply reacting to what's in front of them.
