Idk why you would do that. If you’re looking for keyboard and mouse then just get an actual desktop. You can do adaptors, but that defeats the purpose of playing it anywhere.
The Steam Deck has trackpads, which act as a cursor, and the triggers act as mouse clicks. I use the trackpads a lot for aiming instead of the joysticks.
Here’s the thing. Are you really going to buy a Steam Deck just for tf2? This device is capable of way more than that.
I emulate a lot of games, I play some offline MMO’s downloaded from Windows, and I play games I got from the Epic Games Store. And that’s on top of all 130 games in my Steam library.

If you had told me 3 years ago that there was a device that could play PlayStation games, Xbox games, Nintendo games, and every single PC game all on one device in the palm of your hand, I’d have thought you were crazy.
