Okay, so few people dispute the fact that Australian Judiciary are incapable of appropriate duty of care and punishment of Pedophiles! Yarra Man; But why is it then, that politicians do not impose MANDATORY SENTENCES, when clearly the Judiciary cannot be trusted to do so?
