I know I probably should but two things hold me back. 1 From our interactions I believe he is likely to go after the lgbtq again or one of our members in the future and if he's blocked, I can't help deal with it. Explaining what is going on from the other side of the story, debating comments, and defending others/the lgbtq are some of my strong assets. 2 It's a bit childish maybe but I don't want him to feel like he's won because that could encourage him further to go after others.

That's fair. Ik he is blocked here after are hour and a half long argument, but he still goes after people. Normally if I see something happening, I intervene and annoy him until he only focuses on me. Its a worthy sacrifice considering I just see him as comedy relief at this point, and I'm to stubborn to give up

That is scientifically impossible. If someone were to have honey in their veins rather than blood they would end up with an extremely high blood sugar aka hyperglycemia which would cause them serious issues and they'd most likely die.
