You have a horrible sibling who honestly needs to do better, I don't think that you're ruining your IRL friendships, I wish I could help with psychology but I don't know much about it, even though it seems like your parents are disappointed in you, they still love you. And you are NOT a failure.

Hey, don't let them take advantage of you. Feeling like you're losing your ground just means that your sibling will win every time. You shouldn't let them win, try to ignore them best as you can and move on. Being human means that despite everything, we still prevail.

Every time I try to argue with them, they always bring up my autism or Anger issues

That's just giving them more opportunities to use your own things against them. Don't acknowledge them one bit, ignore them, act as if they don't exist and you'll slowly feel better.
