It’s politics. As long it’s accurate enough. I guess

Is there anything that people WON’T blame Biden for these days?

Peace time, low gas prices, free speech, being open and honest, competency, good work ethic, rarely taking a day off, hiring the best and the brightest, raising decent children, ...I can go on for days but I think you get the point.

Let me rephrase: do people seriously think that everything that goes wrong in their lives is because of President Biden?

Remember when every other President was President and we all said the Buck stops with you Mr. President. You are the most powerful person in the world! You set policy for the globe. You did notice things started getting a lot worse the day he took office right? Wait! That was DJT's fault to!

Really only the Afghanistan withdrawal and tax raises in the middle and lower class due to the Tax Cuts and Jobs act of 2017 can be linked to Trump. And to be fair; I tolerated his term as president, I just really don’t like Trump’s rhetoric in this cycle.

And yeah, sorry to burst your bubble, but the POTUS really doesn’t have as much power or influence as they are hyped up to have, but they do remain a figurehead and often take responsibility for the (good) things that happen in their term.

And your argument that “things started getting a lot worse” on day 1 doesn’t hold that much water considering we were coming out of a global pandemic that would have left things worse for us regardless of who won in 2020. While there’s no direct way to prove it, I think that the rapid inflation would have occurred under a second Trump term as well, and while gas prices would probably be lower than they are now, it’d at the cost of the environment, which I personally think matters more than an extra few bucks spent at the gas station. Due to this paragraph’s speculative nature, I wouldn’t blame you for disagreeing with it

So why is Biden blaming Everything on "His Predecessor" Sure sounds like Joe thinks the office of the past president held so much power everything in his administration is because of Trump! Afghanistan Withdrawal date was negotiated by Trump yes! The entire botched plan was 100% on Biden! There were troops there that could have secured things, they were never called up. They could have postponed the date! We are the US MIlitary for christ sake! If we say we are not leaving yet...what are they going to say? 100% on him. I am in the middle class! My 401k's were on point, my taxes were down, and I could get a full meal for $6. The environment? Under biden? All the chemical train derailment spills, his bombing of the Nord Stream which is the biggest Eco Disaster this planet has ever seen

Don’t shoot the messenger here, but blaming Trump for everything has turned out to be an effective political strategy, at least enough to keep him in the running. I don’t like it any more than you do, but given Trump’s abysmal character, he’s a pretty big target.

And it’s really Trump’s moral character that has turned many off from voting for him, myself included. While I admittedly lean left, if the Republican nominee was someone who I could respect as a person, it’d make me at least consider voting Republican. I probably wouldn’t in the end, but I’d still consider them.

Yeah, Biden hasn’t been the best president by far, but I personally can’t consider voting for the alternative. And while I wish Biden would campaign more on strengths that have flown under the radar, his attacks on Trump have proven to work, which is why he sticks to it

We can't get perfect leaders. Most we can ask for is a competent leader. While Trump has his flaws he was competent. Biden on the other hand is probably the most incompetent president we have. It didn't take him long to replace Carter.

Key word there is “was”. Trump clearly isn’t the man he was eight years ago, and should he get a second term, we’ll be wondering why and how he got re-elected in the first place

Or you could take initiative and block me, I really don’t care. If anything, I’d commend you on being proactive, but I suppose you wouldn’t hear me tell you that, then

That was certainly one way of putting it. And while I haven’t gotten around to bottom surgery yet, I suppose that terminology could describe me to an extent

That is funny! Because that is almost exactly what he or she said to me on the other platform...word for word! And as you already know. I do not believe in blocking! But I do think it could fall under the guidelines of stalking and targeted harassment!
