Please man let us up help, I shed a tear reading this. There are plenty of things that helped me when my "absolute solver" was at its worst,

Step one, don't look at the news
Step two, talk to people
Step three, gaming (not joking this actually helped)

I don't watch the news period.

I don't have many people I can talk to because I don't like talking about these things in public.

I've been gaming ever since I could read the "Basic reading ability required to fully enjoy this game" label on the back of the case. It's not helped.

Creative writing
Praying
Just do things you genuinely enjoy
