Some people just do it declare independence, or self reform, or the importance of one’s self and stuff like that. It doesn’t really do anything, and nine times outta ten it’s just a form you fill out online.
It’s weirder when explained. I once saw a video of a friend of a woman who married herself set up a jokey party, and once you see it in action it’s less weird
