P, I have a suggestion. It involves the proposal Red_Memes42 made.

Actually I was considering putting the centerpiece of this flag (minus the stars) in the space where the Ultramarines badge was. The full shoulder plate is a bit out of place in my opinion.

I just used the meme generator.

The meme generator doesn't really do it for me. I start from scratch in a program I know, choose a background color, make sure to not add wording or letters, get symbols, place them in a certain way, and then voila!
The 6 stars represent the 6 seals that have broken, with the badge in the center being the last one that hasn't.

Fun fact: The Ultima glyph, or inverted Omega, that the Chapter chose for its badge can be taken as a symbol of finality (literally what the Omega symbol means, as it relates to Omega being the last letter in the Greek alphabet). Some take this as a representation of not being able to get a Space Marine as good as the Ultramarines. Coincidentally, this also ties into your symbolism with the seven seals, with the seventh and final seal being the only one that hasn't broken yet, tying into the Omega's meaning and purpose as a finality.

That's kinda why I did it. It's meant to represent the end times we find ourselves in
