Russia is still selling oil. I am wondering where all that money is going to. Are workers stealing that oil revenue again? After all, Russia has a history of corruption. It led to their loss in the Russo-Japanese War and WWII to the rise of the Soviets. It can certainly be a partial contributor to their loss in the First Chechen War. Even if they can win in Ukraine, I bet that might take like another decade if that corruption is still around. I admit Ukraine and some post-Soviet states also has corruption.
