JAKOB opens his eyes, remaining still. The world fades into view again and he's immediately put off by the fact that he is not in the forest. His initial thought was that he had died, but dismisses that quickly and assumes he's been kidnapped. He pretends to stay asleep for now, peeking out at the room from under the covers, unsure of his surroundings
