Love this and love Billie. If you'd have told me this artist was a Billie Eilish fan, I would be far from surprised. Admittedly, upon Billie's rise onto the scene I didn't listen to her right off the bat because I felt she was overhyped, but my niece shared her concert with me and Billie is actually an insane talent with a beautiful voice and a heck of a range, not only vocally but stylistically as well. This young singer-songwriter not only writes her own music, but each and every song is different. She can write a heartwarming song about familial bonding, follow it up with a sardonic, fiery f-the-critics melody, and finish up her set with a melancholy ballad questioning the purpose of life itself and pull off each and every one. Billie and the artist who's drawn her certainly seem to have a lot in common with their mentalities regarding their art, and it shows. The gradation in Billie's dye job is so perfect and her stare is beautifully captured. As always, the position of her fingers and rings looks as if she got Billie herself to model up close for her, and I can easily imagine the texture of her lacy sleeve. Billie has certainly cultivated a very specific and heavily-detailed aesthetic over the years, which I'm sure could lend itself perfectly to the drawings of this artist.
