Since you take the basic "wage gap" as truth - that doesn't factor anything but basic numbers... Let me introduce you to the CONTROLLED WAGE GAP.

The controlled gender pay gap, which considers factors such as job title, experience, education, industry, job level and hours worked, is currently at 99 cents for every dollar men earn.

So when you factor in all of the things that lead to Wages such as Job Title, Experience, Education, Industry, Job Level and Hours worked... There is only a 1 CENT difference in the Wage between women and men. Basically - as close to ZERO Wage Gap as a country can get.

You're welcome for the Education. You may now abandon your ridiculous ideology on wage gaps.

The ignorance in your response is astonishing. What you're referring to is a basic idea of a Wage Gap, that doesn't factor in VERY MUCH into the consideration for the Calculation. It simply takes total men and total women - adds up their individual wages for men and for women - then divides that amount by the number of men and number of women. It's a SKEWED number - to get emotional responses from people unwilling to do the actual research.
