And that throughout recorded history, slaves have existed on every continent. Asian conquerors have enslaved other Asians. The peoples of Central, Southern, and North America have enslaved the weaker people groups. Africa also enslaved weaker people groups (tribes) in Africa. The word 'slave' is derived from the Slavic people who were enslaved. Of course it's a terrible stain upon all that did it, but it wasn't a 'white man only' deal.
