First of all, Venom shouldn't be allowed to play since it can change its state of matter whenever, such as becoming a pile of goo sliding across the ground. Furthermore, if we're going by the standard set by Spider-Man Unlimited, Venom has small parasites that its body naturally produces that can infect its host, making them part of the hove-mind controlling Venom. Both of those give it an unfair advantage.

It's true that Uzi has its merits. But Uzi is definitely more destructive, and would most certainly kick Uzi's ass.
