no :( no you should not. please put down your phone. listen to music. actually, at the time you posted this (in my area) go to bed. whenever you feel this way, go to bed. if the problem still persists in the morning, either get help, or solve it on your own.
you can also take my earlier advice and put your phone down. silence all notifications. sit outside, listen to your favourite music. find what activities you can do without a screen (I sound like an old man). but if there really is nothing you can do,
watch your favourite youtuber's videos!
start watching a new series!
read a webtoon!
scroll through pinterest!
hit the "I'm feeling lucky!" button on google and see what you get!
write your own music!
pretend to run a podcast, and talk with your stuffed animals like a crazy person! (my personal favourite)
