TW for SH. At least the bleeding stopped

TW for SH. At least the bleeding stopped | waiting for the pain to stop; Betterish; Fallout new Vegas; Does anybody else always act like there being watched, or is this some sort of trauma I don't know I have. I will just be chilling and I will feel the need to act like someone (normally the kind of people I was most recently talking to) is watching me and I need to act like they are watching me. Is this normal or is something else wrong with me? | image tagged in chaws_the_dino announcement temp | made w/ Imgflip meme maker

Personally, I think you're traumatized.

I think it’s pretty common for people to think of how others see them. Humans are social beings after all. It’s normal to think “how does this look?”

Not so sure if it’s normal to imagine specific people watching you though.

The exact opposite would be to not care what anybody else thinks. That’s kinda heading towards sociopathy though, unless you have a strong moral or ethical code that guides how you act instead of just doing anything for perceived gain.

Its never anybody specific, I just think they would think in a similar way to someone I was talking with, like if I were to get offline now, the person would be intelligent to the point I don't always get it and would be disappointed if I did something dumb

That’s a feeling of social inadequacy. Everyone thinks they’ve made a fool of themselves (because most of us do). As you get older, you’ll learn to laugh instead of cringe.
