No, the ships need to be maintained by the company not turned back, after all these ships have food, cars, clothes almost any thing you could think of and even one ship not making it has serious economic consequences. When ships come and go from our ports it is our responsibility to ensure that 1. nothing illegal or dangerous is being brought in or sent out, and 2. That the ships are not a danger to our ports meaning that they are in working order. America 's wellbeing is America's responsibility , not anyone else's.

When the ships leave from ports they are supposed to be given a thorough check and that is the company's responsibility and the company will most likely be sued by the US government.
