Bullzhit, it was a very active and boistrous tourist group, here you can clearly see patriots helping and officer who fell down, they're using the non violent chauvin tactic to stabalize his body so as not to further injure the fallen officer. The crutches are there in case his leg is hurt when he gets up, he'll be able to use it as a walking aide. Thoightful tourists if you ask me.
