Though her design was questionable, she was totally awesome!

In the old show She-ra was objectively more powerful than He-man. She had all of his strength plus special abilities like communicating with animals. She needed all the powers she could get: She-ra was taking on Hordak himself, while He-man only had to deal with Skeletor, one of Hordak's minions.
