UTTP stands for UTube Troll Police. They are a troll police but they are trolls themselves. They are associated with harmful ideologies such as homophobia,racism,neo-nazism,etc. They attack game theory,smg4,bfdi,dannodraws,glitch,etc. They attack fandoms they consider "trolls". They are usually toddlers and robots spamming "WHO CARES UTTP IS BETTER THAN [insert youtuber or fandom name here]".They often dox,harrass and spam any indivuals. They also have a discord server which if you're wondering it's basically cp,gore,death threats,racial slurs,etc. They were formed by Tommy Parky in some time between 2010 and 2011. Their current leader is UTTP Emperor of Anime Sucks. This guy has leaded UTTP Empire aka the one that is responsible for many of the spam comments you see made by uttp members.
