ah so it's just a random sound effect added in the 2.2 update (iirc the one the community waited years for) that got memed to death
also, the reason why i don't "just google it" is because apparently the search engine sucks now (i *would* make a spyware/algorithm excuse but i've known for years that EVERYTHING is spyware so it's an invalid excuse now; and besides, if i can mess up the algorithm even more than i already can, then sure)
