Okay, first off, how is that guy alive? How is he breathing? How is he supposed to eat or hydrate? Who the f**k did that to his face and why did they do it? And how does this image exist?

First of all,i think it could be just some kind of goofy filter they made.If it aint,then idk what they did to the human genes to make a face like that.He would prollly die from starvation and breathing problems,and thr image exists to prolly give ppl nightmares
